Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the DOLLA BOY Partner Program. By applying and being accepted as a partner, you agree to these terms.
1. Enrollment
- Participation requires approval. We review all applications and accept partners at our sole discretion.
- You must provide accurate information in your application.
- We may reject or terminate applications without explanation.
- You must be at least 16 years old to participate.
2. Commission Structure
Direct Commissions (Tier 1.0)
You earn a commission on every qualifying sale made through your referral link:
Commission is tracked when a customer clicks your referral link and subsequently makes a purchase. The referral attribution is stored permanently — there is no expiration.
Network Commissions (Tier 2.0)
If someone you referred later becomes an approved partner, you earn a secondary commission on their direct sales:
Tier 2.0 attribution is automatic based on the original referral connection. No recruitment action is required — if your referral organically becomes a partner, the connection is established.
3. Qualifying Sales
A sale qualifies for commission when:
- The customer arrived via your referral link (stored attribution)
- The customer purchases a paid product
- The payment is completed and confirmed
- The sale is not subsequently refunded or charged back
Free kit claims do not generate commissions. Only paid products qualify.
4. Payouts
- Minimum withdrawal: $50.00 USD
- Payment method: USDT (cryptocurrency) to your provided wallet address
- Networks supported: TRC-20, ERC-20, and other networks as available in your dashboard
- Processing time: within 48 hours of payout request approval
- You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address. We are not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses.
- You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your earnings.
5. Referral Links
- You may create up to 20 referral links through your partner dashboard
- Each link has a unique tracking code
- Links can be named for tracking purposes (e.g., different traffic sources)
- We reserve the right to deactivate links that are used in violation of these terms
6. Promotional Rules
When promoting DOLLA BOY products, you must:
- Represent the product honestly — do not make false claims about features, earnings potential, or results
- Clearly identify yourself as an affiliate where required by law (FTC, ASA, etc.)
- Comply with all applicable advertising laws and platform policies
You must NOT:
- Spam — mass-DM, unsolicited email, or comment spam is strictly prohibited
- Mislead — do not create fake reviews, testimonials, or urgency
- Bid on branded keywords — do not run paid ads targeting "DOLLA BOY", "Essentials Kit", or similar terms
- Impersonate us — do not create websites, social profiles, or emails that appear to be official DOLLA BOY channels
- Incentivize clicks — do not offer rewards, discounts, or incentives solely for clicking your link
- Self-refer — purchasing through your own referral link to earn a commission is prohibited and will result in termination
- Use bots or fake traffic — any artificial inflation of clicks, leads, or sales will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earnings
7. Commission Reversals
Commissions may be reversed if:
- A refund is issued on the associated order
- A chargeback or payment dispute occurs
- Fraudulent or manipulated activity is detected
Reversed commissions are deducted from your available balance.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payout thresholds, program rules, and any other aspect of this Agreement. Changes will be communicated through your partner dashboard or email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Termination
- You may leave the program at any time by contacting us
- We may terminate your partnership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms
- Upon termination, pending commissions for legitimate sales will be paid out within 90 days, subject to the minimum payout threshold
- If termination is due to fraud or abuse, all pending earnings are forfeited
10. Relationship
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of DOLLA BOY. This Agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and legal compliance.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any lost profits, indirect damages, or technical issues beyond our control. Our maximum liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
