Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Since we sell digital products that are delivered instantly, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and us.

2. When We Will Issue a Refund
We will provide a full refund if:
- The product was not delivered — you paid but never received the download link or email
- Duplicate purchase — you accidentally bought the same product twice
- Technical issue on our end — you were charged but the order was not processed
3. When We Cannot Issue a Refund
- You have already downloaded or accessed the product
- You simply changed your mind after purchase
- You claim the product "wasn't what you expected" after downloading it
4. EU / EEA Customers
Under the EU Digital Content Directive, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days — unless you have expressly consented to the delivery of digital content and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the content is accessed. By proceeding with purchase and download, you consent to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day withdrawal right.
5. Free Kit
The free version of the kit is provided at no cost. No refund is applicable.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email us with the following details:
- Your order email address
- A description of the issue
- Any relevant screenshots
We will respond within 48 hours and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
7. Partner Commissions and Refunds
If a refund is issued on an order that generated a partner commission, the corresponding commission will be reversed. Partners will see the adjustment in their dashboard.
