These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by DOLLA BOY ("we", "us", "our") at dollaboy.com and its subdomains. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
- You may create an account by providing a valid email address
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- We use passwordless authentication (magic links) — keep your email secure
- One account per person; creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referrals is prohibited
3. Products and Purchases
- We sell digital sound kits and related products
- All prices are displayed in USD
- Upon successful payment, the product is delivered digitally to your email and available for download in your dashboard
- All sales are subject to our Refund Policy
- Usage of purchased sounds is governed by our License Agreement
4. Free Kit
We offer a free version of the kit. By claiming it, you provide your name and email. You consent to receive the download link and transactional emails. Marketing emails require separate consent and can be unsubscribed at any time.
5. Partner Program
Participation in our affiliate/partner program is governed by the Affiliate Agreement. Approval is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to terminate any partner account for violation of program rules.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Redistribute, resell, or share purchased products without authorization
- Create fake accounts, inflate referral metrics, or abuse the partner program
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or access the Service in bulk
- Harass, impersonate, or mislead other users
- Send spam or unsolicited messages using our referral links
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including the website design, branding, text, graphics, and software — is owned by DOLLA BOY and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The sound kits are licensed, not sold — see our License Agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of our business operations. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
